Jeff Morris is a third-generation lineman and accomplished utility industry executive with 47 years of experience in electrical transmission, distribution, operations, workforce development, and leadership. He is dedicated to developing the next generation of utility professionals. A member of the Lineman Hall of Fame (2009), he has received numerous leadership and professional excellence awards. Jeff remains committed to advancing safety, leadership, and technical excellence while helping shape the future of the utility workforce.

Bill’s 47-year utility career spans Groundman to CEO. Founder of the National Association of Journeyman Linemen and National Lineman Appreciation Day, Hall of Fame inductee, dedicated industry leader, husband, father of five, and grandfather of eight.
